The staff in the front of house is poorly trained. Sat for 15min before anyone came with water. Extra place setting at our table were not cleared. The waiter was busy in bar and restaurant and therefore inattentive. Food arrived quickly. Plating was sloppy, and the food was average. No one cleared empty plates. Waiter never checked on drinks, and we had to ask another employee to bring our check. We chose the restaurant based on the proximity to an event. There are MUCH better...
We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food! It was brunch really how long could it take to make scrambled eggs and pancakes. Our server was wonderful and so apologetic for the backed up kitchen . However we will most likely not come back again
From our host, to our waiter Dante" to the mgr and general manager, to the ambience, the kindness and professionalism was unparalleled ! And the food was off the charts. It is now my favorite restaurant in C'ville!
