The lady that took the order was very nice I ordered a tender kids meal with fries and a steak biscuit… When my daughter started eating chicken tender, she was saying it’s spicy and I told her I didn’t order spicy so it shouldn’t be spicy, but of course it was spicy… The fries that she got were so over, seasoned that it literally burned the top of my mouth… Service was very fast and they were very friendly… If Kids meal was for me. I wouldn’t mind the spicy, but it’s for three year-old and it is an edible to her….

Best Bojangles I have ever been in. Staff was kind courteous and thoughtful. Entire store was clean. Even though it was getting close to closing time they had no problem getting anything we needed. I don't know if I've ever even gotten that good of service at a Chick-fil-A. 20/10 stars yall.

I really like Bo Biscuits, a lot. I stopped in for a light breakfast on my way out of town. My first observation was the overall excellent cleanliness of this Bojangles location. The seating area is spacious and the tables were all clean. I ordered a sausage biscuit with hash browns and coffee. The coffee is good. The biscuit definitely DID NOT disappoint. The hash browns were okay, but something I could take it or leave it. Overall the food was a solid 4 stars. All else was a solid 5 stars.

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness. However, the food fell short of expectations. I requested a light biscuit, but unfortunately, it arrived overcooked and dry. Regrettably, I didn’t have the time to return and have the order corrected. While the service was outstanding, I hope the food quality can match it in the future if I return.
