This place has some great sandwiches and staff. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's and I was not familiar with the menu and all of the extra options that they had. A young lady by the name of Olivia made my sandwich and she was very helpful explaining the different options. And the sandwich was great! This place puts subway to shame! I will definitely be back
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I dont have enough experience here to know what the service is like consistently over several orders. I just happened to be nearby at the hospital, I dont usually buy food here. The only other time I did, as I recall, I was happy they had a bowl or salad version of the sandwiches for low carb diets, which I was on at the time.This recent experience was great. This is absolutely my favorite sub shop in all of Charlottesville. The problem is every single time I go they forget something including napkins which make eating a Jersey sub almost impossible. I always leave a customization note asking for pickles on the side and extra napkins, I would say 50% of the time at best I get those items.
