I absolutely love Box’d!! I’ve been going here for years now and never had a bad experience once! They are always super consistent on not only the food but the service! I’ve never dined in, always to-go or doordashed however whenever I pick up it’s always so cute and quaint inside. I get the lamb wrap most of the time however the lamb and rice with a salad is a great option for dinner! Also let’s be SO real, the portion sizes are well worth the price! 10/10 always recommended...

We stopped by Box’d Kitchen after a long day at UVA camp, and it was the best choice. My son had lamb, I had chicken, and my husband tried the steak — all flavorful and satisfying. Prices were so reasonable it almost felt unfair, and the owner’s kindness made us feel right at home. Too delicious to even pause for photos — trust me, you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back!

It was my birthday yesterday, so we decided to take the train to Charlottesville and arrived in time for breakfast. Our day was full and we were tired. So after spending the entire day walking in the heat and not wanting to miss our train back home, we searched for a place to order food to go. We were not very hungry but knew we would be a few hours later on the train. There were several places within a short walking distance from the station, we decided we didn't want anything...
