The hostess Ronda was very hospitable and quickly escorted us to our table. Reem was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the different menu items as well as Broadcloth history. The food was fantastic. Great ambiance as well.
Every aspect, from start to end, was fantastic. After making the reservation I called to make sure they could accommodate some food restrictions. They were so kind and welcoming on the phone and remembered everything when we were seated and never made us feel like an inconvenience. My pescatarian substitutions were all tasty and thoughtful. The staff were all great but Cecilia was a stand out. She was so much fun! Her hospitality really elevated the experience.
An all-around extraordinary experience! Unbelievably flavorful, creative and gorgeously plated dishes; a relaxing, modern, tasteful dining room; and the most gracious and hospitable service (our server Reem was lovely, effervescent and adorable). We are frequent fine dining Manhattanites, and Broadcloth could compete with the best.
