The floors were sticky, the tables and chairs were dirty, the food was expensive but underwhelming. After waiting half an hour, the burger buns were cold, the burger patty was paper thin, and there wasn't enough sauce. The fries also weren't great though they did at least arrive hot. I think the issue is that they were fried in old oil as they had a strange bitter taste.I didn't have my service dog with me at the time so I can't speak to how she would have been treated, but I do know I wouldn't have liked her laying down on those floors.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors aren't automatic or have a button but there weren't steps so it's possible to get in, just not easy. Can't speak to the bathroom as I didn't go in but there was a sign saying it didn't lock properly.

Unfortunately the food is just not good. It’s edible, but not worth the price.The fries were so soggy that I ended up having to put them in my own oven at home to crisp them up. The burger is nothing to write home about, pretty standard, but poorly presented. Sloppily put together. The lettuce on my burger was wilted with a rotten piece.I won’t eat here again, also they don’t have any tops for their cups.

Fries were cold and greasy, lettuce on burger had black spots all over it? Restaurant was clean workers were very polite. Recommend they pull up their pants customers don't need to see their butts or underwear.

Slow service. Expensive for the lack of quality. Clearly not managed well. One other customer sitting. Several minutes to take the order, 30 minutes until served. One dude working. Onion rings not good.

The burger was amazing! I’m very picky but this was delicious !! Kids menu has many great options! But today only 2 guys were working! I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the fries but my family loved them !! It took around 30 minutes for the food which isn’t bad considering it was only 2 guys.Parking: Not bad but it’s in a shopping center so some days could be busier then others.Kid-friendliness: Has very nice options for kids!

Burger was incredibly small and tasteless. Fries were servings huge and also very bland. The drink machine was more seltzer than soda. $34.00 was way too much for a less than mediocre meal. First time, never again.

Traveled all the way to town from Buckingham Va to get some delicious food, just to be greeted with locked doors and no signage saying why. We had BurgerFi in FL and loved it. Just sucks we couldn't visit today.Online says they are open, I called them and no one answered....

The first burger they made had cheese on it, that I didn’t order. The second burger they made had bacon on it, that I didn’t order. Both attempts did not have the lettuce and tomato that I ordered. I did not want to play the burger lottery.

Fast food my A**. It 10min to be greeted, a long 5 min to take order and then waited 22 min to have an order for three walked to the table with 2 trays under the try with meals on it. We had to sort through the food.Better yet the burgers were dry, onion rings were tasteless, fries warm, and atmosphere what atmosphere. Being able to here the conversation of three workers about last nights date or wanting to find another job, or just standing around while we waited and customers at the counter now going through want I just went through. I told them it’s going to be awhile.

$$-family of 4 cost $75 with no drinks Saturday around 12:30 pm, never ordered because, the restaurant was filthy, the condiment dispensers were empty, only one employee on duty who was responsible for every aspect of the establishment-including cooking and service. It's self ordering through an interactive computer screen (also filthy). I didn't see any point in placing a Covid/RSV risky order to just stand around waiting for the one cook to finish preparing the Family of 4's order~they'd already waited 20 minutes and the cook was still frying the burgers. The WiFi is not password protected, so it's completely unsecured and requires no agreement (not monitored). I have to ask, where is management? HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Contacted Justin C via email as requested and was contacted back by Alex at 434-327-9561 requesting I call this cell phone number. Alex's email address was NOT BurgerFi. Just another dead end!!!!
