We came for the special showing of The Outsiders. We had a blast. Great seats, sound and food. They put on many events like this, so keep checking them out. We even got a stat gold Keychain and a switchblade! Well a switch-comb. Great event!
Our lunch was great. Great experience
I love how g there, but unfortunately I can go once or twice a year because of seat price and refreshment costs. Otherwise I love it when we attend.

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Charlottesville offers great food, with movie-themed menus providing variety. Outstanding service is a highlight, with bartenders and waitstaff consistently delivering excellent service. Guests can enjoy classic films on the big screen during movie events or catch recent releases. The cinema provides a relaxing atmosphere suitable for date nights or family outings. Visitors appreciate the good food and friendly staff, making each visit a positive experience. The venue features a tap house with a clean environment and many beer and food options. One small downside noted is that not all seats are comfortable or recline, but overall, it remains a favorite choice over other movie theaters in Charlottesville. The experience is further enhanced by fun activities like little gifts and bottomless popcorn and drinks, making the movie-going experience enjoyable and memorable.
