Movie was interrupted due to power failure for 8 minutes. They told us to take restroom break. I did. When I came back, the movie resumed so I missed 5 minutes+ of movie. No apology received nor refund. The chairs between movies should be wiped through. It was nasty. Popcorn butter at rear end of the seat.
Will at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Charlottesville provided wonderful service, making our movie night special with his bright smile and charming personality. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. His fantastic energy and attentive care elevated the entire theater experience, and we cannot wait to be back in his service section soon! You should give him a raise or at least free meals as an extra perk !!
We had such a lovely time! We watched Supergirl at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, which was really enjoyable, and then celebrated my Auntie's 70th Birthday with a round of putting. We also purchased some food from the cinema. It wasn't great, but it didn't take away from the overall experience, which was good.
