My absolute favorite movie theater. The staff is always friendly and the food and drinks are always tasty and brought to us at a good pace

It's a decent theater. Showing selection is better than most standard theaters across the US. Screens are good. The biggest issue is honestly the volume, especially during the previews. It's so routinely loud that I will not show up before the actual start time of a movie and I would go so far as to say that if you have children it's unsafe to bring them during previews. They try to get customers to come earlier to get their drinks and food to minimize distractions during the movie but honestly how can you expect people to sit through that? I almost had to leave once. Also I love that they show foreign films but sometimes the subtitles are too bright. During The Taste of Things the darker scenes were flooded out by the brightness of the text unfortunately. Was considering making this our go-to theater but no so sure anymore.

Poor service and rude staff. Spilled water all over our table and my husband and didn't give us napkins or apologize. Getting a refill on a "bottomless" drink is like pulling teeth, when others who order after I did are getting theirs. Server who finally dropped it off (with melted ice) had a major attitude. I wasn't rude at all, I say "please," "thank you," etc so her attitude was uncalled for. Servers bumped and jostled my chair the whole showing when serving the row behind me without so much as an "excuse me."Some chairs don't recline for some reason. Never been to an Alamo where they didn't recline and so was uncomfortable for a 2 1/2 hour long movie. Some did because you could hear them squeaking and making noise throughout the show.The movie, food, and drinks were good. That's about it.

Do not purchase tickets from here listed as Dolby Atmos sound. Their sound system is incompatible, and you will end up watching a silent movie. The picture looks great though

I've literally never complained about noise levels in a movie theater before, but it was so loud it was painful, particularly during the previews. I downloaded a sound better and clocked it at peaks over 100db and an average of 82db, which is enough I cause hearing damage.They did turn it down after I complained.
What a great way to see a movie....why don't they put recliners through out like in Arizona.

Just went and saw a movie with my kids, ordered a margarita and it was not to my taste, not saying it was bad, but I didn’t like it and just ordered another drink and told them to take it back, my waitress was so awesome and took it off my tab, I was willing to pay for it, but such great service!!!!
