Panera Bread Reviews
Kylie is literally the sweetest person I have ever met. She was so patient taking my order when I wasn't sure what I wanted and even recommended to me some of her favorite things. She clearly has a true gift for customer service, which is so rare these days.
Slow slow slow service
There was a problem with our order, and the manager handled it so courteously and kindly! I think his name was Eric. He deserves 10 stars!

Panera Bread has mixed reviews. While some praise the manager, Q Evans, for their knowledge and friendly demeanor, others criticize the restaurant's long wait times, especially in the drive-thru during busy periods. The menu has expanded, leading to some confusion about the restaurant's identity. The food quality is described as "somewhat okay," with portions in sandwiches being smaller than expected. Customers have noted issues with order accuracy, sometimes having to assemble their own sandwiches. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is pleasant and less crowded than other locations. Customers appreciate the friendly staff who greet them politely even when busy. The restaurant offers a good amount of seating and a drive-thru for convenience. Some meals, like the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and Asian Sesame salad with chicken, received mixed reviews, with specific comments about flavor, dressing, and ingredients. The potato chips are well-liked, rated 4 out of 5, but the baguette served with salads is often cold and hard, which may not suit everyone. Overall, Panera Bread is considered kid-friendly and generally provides a decent experience, despite occasional staffing shortages and wait times.
