“They are always so sweet and friendly every time I go in. The food is amazing and the good quality has stayed consistent even with several locations now. Very inexpensive for very good food. One of the few restaurants that doesn't overcharge. Most restaurants do it out of greed and claim that it's due to inflation. Marco and Luca's show that there are still some businesses with integrity.“

“I visited Panera Bread yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I ordered one hot and one cold sandwich, and both were tasty and freshly made.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed.
The cafe was bustling with people, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.☺️“

“I’ve been in Charlottesville for a little over five years. At first, this location was quite average, But now it’s outstanding! I now come here every weekend to get two bagels and a fountain drink to go and I love it. The bagels are fresh, the fountain dispensers are actually ready to go, and the staff always give service with a smile. Shoutout to Eva for the excellent customer service experience!
A note: I’d still go inside and get your order, as it tends to be faster.“

“Love the food but the delivery options are an epic fail. Placed an order today before 3pm to be delivered at 6:45pm. Checked at 7pm and learned it wouldn’t be delivered until after 8pm. Not worth that!“
