I eat here a lot of my lunch breaks. They do a good job getting the food out even when super busy. Atmosphere is lively but still calming
Some of the best customer service i have ever received. My wife ordered a certain soup, but the employee putting our order together said that the soup she ordered looked close to going bad, and asked if we'd like to substitute out a different one. We did for no charge, and he gave us an extra apple as well. Later during our visit, he came out with a fresh batch of the original soup she ordered and he packed it to go for her so she could enjoy it later.

The best Panera in Charlottesville!
Too bad the other Paneras don't follow this store's model.
If you come to this place once, you'll have no problem passing the others to come here again!
