Really appreciate the great customer service at Jersey Mikes. I just came in for a quick to-go tea and the guy gave me a cup and told me not to worry about it. Simple gesture but made my day.
I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the meat was rare and flavorful, which is my preference. The sandwich was good, but not crazy good. One concern was value: I paid $13 and change for a regular sized sandwich and 22 oz. Coke, and with tip the total was close to $15. The staff were cordial and professional, but there was a long wait, partly because people were ordering multiple sandwiches at the same time.
