Had a great dinner at C&O. It’s got that classic, slightly upscale-but-still-welcoming feel. Food came out beautifully plated and full of flavor, especially the mains. Service was attentive without hovering, and they kept things moving at a nice pace. The space has a cozy, historic vibe that makes it feel special but still relaxed. Solid spot for a nice night out without it feeling too formal.
