“You absolutely need to book The Catering Outfit—plain and simple! They were one of the very first vendors we chose because food was a top priority for our wedding, and they exceeded every expectation. From day one, they built a menu around our favorite bites and made the whole process seamless—from tasting to the final walkthrough to the wedding day itself. The chef even let me make small adjustments after the tasting to ensure everything was just right. I don’t think the word no is in their vocabulary, which makes your day feel so personal and completely custom. Their team was outstanding—not only large enough that no guest was ever left waiting for a drink, but also dressed so beautifully that it added a real wow factor to the celebration. The head table was served in such perfectly synchronized fashion that our guests called it classic and flawless. On top of that, they made sure my husband and I were constantly taken care of, always with a drink in hand and food nearby. Our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! From the ceviche bar to the espresso shots, every detail was thoughtful, elegant, and executed to perfection. “We had an amazing experience with Red Hub Catering. They provided our cocktail hour food, reception buffet, cutting cake, bartending service, and Sunday brunch. The food and service were impeccable. For bartending service, Red Hub provided the bar set up and mixers, but allowed us to provide our own alcohol which is uncommon among catering vendors. Red Hub generated a custom menu for our reception that consisted of a nacho bar for cocktail hour followed by a taco buffet for dinner. They also baked a beautiful cutting cake and delivered brunch to the lodge we were at the following morning for everyone to enjoy. Overall an incredible vendor who expertly provided us multiple wedding services.“

“Food is good. Be aware that if you order on line for Charlottesville, you do not pick up on main street but at a separate location on Wertland off 14th street. El Jefe bowl was very good.. but the "create your own" salad seemed to have forgotten the dressing. Portions were huge!“
