This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Charlottesville. They have many innovative dishes and they get it right 99% of the time. The only reason I took off a * is because of the car access from Seminole Trail & the very small parking lot. The staff is very accommodating and competent. Maybe one day they can take over some of the parking from The Despicable Arby’s! Love Chan Thai: eat in their dining room!

I had the Pad Garlic. The sauce was very good and chicken tender! The rice was typical white steamed rice. The atmosphere is casual but a bit cramped. The service was descent and fast! The food definitely gets 5 stars!

Visited today from Richmond and there’s decent places around but this is hands down the best Thai food I have ever had. My Mom and I ordered the Drunken Noodles and Green Curry. They both had a kick but so full of flavorful! Can’t wait to visit again. Also, very friendly owners! Thank you for a great experience
