love the chicken and different sauces
Great variety. Salads...Zensational and Cobb..., wings and sandwiches are all excellent.
Received ordered chicken salad in drive thru and there was no chicken on the salad. Called and they said hold on a sec let me get a manager. Husband went back to the restaurant and I was still waiting on phone. No one picked up the phone. I could hear my husband at the front counter. They did replace the salads.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a generally positive dining experience with friendly and attentive staff. Several reviews highlight the helpfulness of employees, such as Jamal, who made the experience better with excellent customer service, and Robin, who quickly responded to questions and adapted to last-minute changes to ensure a good meal for a softball team. Customers appreciated the pleasant and professional attitude of the staff, especially during busy times. The food received mixed reviews; many found the chicken fingers to be fairly good and the food fresh and hot, exceeding expectations for some. However, some items like chicken wings and sauces did not always meet expectations, with complaints about the parmesan garlic wings being lacking sauce and the overall value for the price. The location is convenient, especially for travelers, with smooth drive-thru service and quick preparation. Overall, the restaurant is praised for friendly service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a place worth returning to.
