Well run and pleasant Chik-fil-A location just off of I-64. Great food and service - typical for this family friendly restaurant. Always a welcome and successful stop -easy to give a positive recommend.

This was my first mobile order with Chick-fil-A. I drove directly to the mobile order line and scanned the readily visible QR code sign. When I got to the server one item was not ready so I was directed to mobile parking. My completed order was received in a few minutes. The only negative was that I requested creamer in one of the coffees and that was missed. No big deal though.

If you go with a little one to enjoy the play area be warned, even though it's posted for 3 and unders, it's not enforced. We went recently and there were four 8 to 10 year olds running through the small space unattended by their parents. A complaint to management fell on deaf ears.

Ordered a southwest salad with chicken there was 3 slices of chicken on it. The girls taking orders in the drive thru were to busy entertaining each other to listen to our order to begin with I had to repeat myself multiple times while she was giggling and looking at the other girls. While I was waiting for my food in the drive through the drink they gave me had no carbonation when I told her she gave me another Diet Coke that was from the same machine. I gave up at this point. Quality has gone down hill drastically. A little more supervision is certainly needed over staff.
