I hate to leave a bad review but this Chik Fil A is awful. I've gotten some weird meals here for sure that weren't cooked well or didn't taste great. However, the worst experience I had here was when my sandwich had a giant golf ball sized clump of burnt curly hair in it. That was quite terrifying and unsanitary. I never went back again, not even to get back my money for that meal. Attached is a picture of some of the burnt hair that I pulled out of my sandwich.

They get the job done fast and smoothly. Although , my last experience wasn't so pleasant. I ordered a spicy southwest salad (my favorite). They didn't put the usual topping in my bag, we were just served lettuce, tomatoes and 2 creamy sauces. The lettuce looked like it was just thrown in there as well as the tomatoes... so messy. I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil-A before , I'm not sure if there's new staffing or ??? Employees at the window seemed stuck up as well and we didn't get ANY of the sauces we asked for. Very disappointed since we have such high expectations for this spot.
