They get the job done fast and smoothly. Although , my last experience wasn't so pleasant. I ordered a spicy southwest salad (my favorite). They didn't put the usual topping in my bag, we were just served lettuce, tomatoes and 2 creamy sauces. The lettuce looked like it was just thrown in there as well as the tomatoes... so messy. I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil-A before , I'm not sure if there's new staffing or ??? Employees at the window seemed stuck up as well...read full review
Almost all of my experiences at any chick-fil-a have been excellent. I've never had bad food or service. There's occasionally something missing but it tends to be a minor detail like the sauce.

The food here was delicious. However, despite that I had selected "dairy allergy," there was still cheese in the salad. Also, the salad had only 2 grape tomatoes, one of which was rotten.
