Amidst a pretty poor customer service experience, a delivery driver named Jamal really made my night. I had tried placing an order for two large pizzas at around 4:10 pm and kept being put on hold until I could finally place an order at around 4:45. Then when I ordered I was told my order would take an hour and a half to get to me. I waited two hours and at that point decided to start calling them. I called about 8 times and received no answer. Ordered online, it emailed back that it was being made, then said it was ready. Went to pick up and they no recollection of the order. Had to wait another 40 minutes for them to make it.

Definitely working hard to turn it around. As an old Pizza Hut manager, I understand the difficulties associated with keeping good people in the restaurant industry. Being short staffed is typically because people call out. What I can say is, even with these problems, they've managed to be one of my favorite places to order food.
