I literally have been trying to order with flex for the past 45 minutes and no one is answering the phone. When I first called a woman answered the phone, I spoke and she hung up on me. Since then it’s been no one to help. I even called to speak to a manager picking a different number and still nothing.

Placed a large order and it took an hour get.Three out of the four pizzas were over cook and the two orders of bread sticks were burnt! Making matters worse, I called three separate times and each time got hung up on.... So needless to say we were completely unhappy with the experience and food. We wasted $100 and not be able to get this resolved over the phone is unfortunate.

Amidst a pretty poor customer service experience, a delivery driver named Jamal really made my night. I had tried placing an order for two large pizzas at around 4:10 pm and kept being put on hold until I could finally place an order at around 4:45. Then when I ordered I was told my order would take an hour and a half to get to me. I waited two hours and at that point decided to start calling them. I called about 8 times and received no answer. I then called customer service twice who tried to put me through to the location and they didn't answer both times. At this point it was almost 7 and I decided this was getting ridiculous. I was about 5 min from the location so I got on my bike and went to the Papa johns location. Right as I was nearing the restaurant, I got a call. It was my delivery driver saying that he was at my place with my pizza. I told him where to wait and he waited patiently until I was there. When I got there he was really understanding and told me what was going on (essentially that they were really busy and understaffed). He handed me one pizza and I asked him if there was another one for me since I ordered two pizzas. He told me that there wasn't anything there for me but that he will go back and check and give me a call. I waited about twenty minutes and didn't hear from him so I called him. He advocated for me and made sure the second pizza, that hadn't been made, was made and he delivered it to me fresh out of the oven. Shout out to Jamal.

Horrible place. My young kids and I had a shocking experience at this store on September 25, 2023. Ordered our pizza on the phone at 6:08 PM. Was told that the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. Waited at the location for one hour. My kids were getting hungry, so asked the store manager politely why it had taken so long. She yelled at us and asked us to leave and never come back to this store. I felt that her behavior could turn violent so got the kids out of there immediately. We left the store after an hour of waiting. I can only hope that the store manager’s behavior had nothing to do with our skin color.
