Starbucks Corporate would be embarrassed and frustrated if they knew about the terrible customer service at this location. It's always busy with students which is great. However, I have consistently experienced poor customer service. The employees chat with each other, actually stopping to make drinks for long periods of time while they chat, apply their lip balm, etc. My drink orders have always been wrong. It's always a lively place to be, especially during weekdays where everyone's dropping by between classes. The staff is very friendly, and my drinks were made very quickly and well. It's a great place to meet up with friends on Grounds in addition to catching up on some homework.

November 2019

I had good time there for the most of the time, until one day there's a staff sliding coffee on the table when she's serving it. Several cups fell on the table, and one of them splashed coffee drips on my cloth. That staff simply said "sorry" and later slid coffee cups again.
