My Door Dash driver forgot the second bag of my order and failed to respond when I reached out. I called the store and spoke with Jared, who found the rest of my order and offered to deliver it himself! This kind of customer service is hard to find these days! I would give 10 stars if I could! Jared went above and beyond to help a group of hungry nurses who LOVE Chicken Salad Chick! The food here is always fresh and delicious. We will continue to order again and again!!
We asked for an extra couple of bags to put ice in because we were traveling about an hour away. They bagged the ice and wrapped it all up for us! It was so nice of the team. Very nice customer service and of course love the chicken salad!
Chicken Salad was excellent! I've visited multiple times and prefer the classic version the most. The mac and cheese is also enjoyable! The service is friendly, and the restaurant's interior is fantastic and clean. It can get quite busy at times. I often purchase containers of chicken salad to take home for quick snacks and meals.
