I’ve tried to give this location grace. Considering this is not the first time that I’ve had this poor experience, I felt it to be appropriate to share on here. I usually order through the app to save time going out to pick up my lunch. I always wait until I’m notified that my order is ready to pick up. Every time I arrive, it is never on the shelves for to-go orders. It’s always behind the counter at the to-go station where online orders are being made. My experience today offered no acknowledgement other than “What can I do for you?”. I said that I was there to pick up my order. The crew member said “Well, do you see your name on a bag behind the counter?” I proceeded to step behind the counter and pick up my food. I don’t understand why there are dedicated shelves for to-go orders if they are not being utilized. It’s not efficient for people who order online to wait around the counter, considering that their orders are ready for pickup.

The place is amazing, always serving fresh food straight from the pot and the cutting board. We have been here a couple of times where Katherine has taken good care of us, always serving with a side of friendliness. Whether is for lunch or dinner this is the Chipotle to go to.

Late nights and early mornings, I lie awake unable to sleep, thinking. Reminiscing, pondering. On our way to attend my girlfriend‘s best friend’s graduating ceremony we were starving. Unbeknownst to me we were about to embark on, not just a dining experience, but a life changing journey.

We made the stop, and upon our arrival we are immediately greeted with…well the only thing I can compare to is the quality, hard work and dedication that is embodied in the American spirit.

I remember waiting in line and watching the staff behind the counter, put forth an incredible amount of work. Specifically noting this one young lady who had in her hands in an impossibly large burrito order to which she then proceeded to wrap with such finesse. A burrito with so much content that it shouldn’t have been wrapped. In all rights this burrito should not have existed. No ordinary, man or woman could wrap such a burrito.

When it came time for our order they, blew out all expectations. The quality of the food? Incomparable. The taste? Incomprehensible. The kindness and professionalism of the staff? Uncharacteristically achievable anywhere else. The PORTIONS?!?…..I dare not even attempt to capture in words. Where other Chipotles ration meat like they’re protecting state secrets, this crew delivered with generosity and pride.

Look, I’m no perfect man. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve served my time. I will not go another day without giving credit where credit is so rightfully do. Not a damn day goes by where I don’t think about that trip, that day, that hour. Yeah they’re probably high school / college students. But they’re displaying grit Ive seen in no other Chipotle and I would argue that no other Chipotle will “ever” do such in the time to come.

This store appears to be run by high school students. There is food on the floor and all over the dining area, and there have been issues any time I have ordered from them, whether online for pickup or directly in the store. Most recently a very nice worker corrected our order, but the waste of food and time could have been avoided.

This store would do well to send out someone who specializes in process improvement to tighten up the nonsense. From the reviews on Google, all the local locations are lacking and many folks have stated that they are quitting Chipotle altogether due to the small portion sizes, stale or rotten food and sides, filthy stores and apathetic employees. We are now included in that group - this was just one disappointment too many.

Went in just before 2:30 p.m. the meat pans were close to being empty the young lady scraped the bottom didn't get a spoonful of meat when I asked her for a little more meat she indicated that would be extra even though she had not filled the spoon, she smiled & said if I add a few more that will be extra. My opinion was she was saving the meat for the next customer being they didn't have much meat out service was horrible therefore I won't be going back to that Chipotle.
