This store appears to be run by high school students. There is food on the floor and all over the dining area, and there have been issues any time I have ordered from them, whether online for pickup or directly in the store. Most recently a very nice worker corrected our order, but the waste of food and time could have been avoided.

This store would do well to send out someone who specializes in process improvement to tighten up the nonsense. From the reviews on Google, all the local locations are lacking and many folks have stated that they are quitting Chipotle altogether due to the small portion sizes, stale or rotten food and sides, filthy stores and apathetic employees. We are now included in that group - this was just one disappointment too many.

Went in just before 2:30 p.m. the meat pans were close to being empty the young lady scraped the bottom didn't get a spoonful of meat when I asked her for a little more meat she indicated that would be extra even though she had not filled the spoon, she smiled & said if I add a few more that will be extra. My opinion was she was saving the meat for the next customer being they didn't have much meat out service was horrible therefore I won't be going back to that Chipotle.

The chips were stale. The queso was almost flavorless. I paid for a double portion of meat but I was served a single portion with several fatty pieces. And there was a long hair in my food.

I think the number one thing I notice here is the amount of food and trash sitting on the tables and the floor chronically. The trash cans are overflowing with trash as well. Food is average but almost always there is some ingredient missing or inadequate portion sizes when ordering online. I really can't blame the employees though as they are obviously over-worked and chronically understaffed. Would love if management/corporate Chipotle would invest in making this restaurant better through hiring more workers. Will be skipping this Chipotle for good unless something changes.

Came in at 8:30 and Sarah was so rude to me I had to ask for more portions of everything and they were basically out of everything. Highly don’t recommend stopping at this location they’re already shutting stuff down at 8:30 when they don’t close until 10:00. The cook in the back offered me chips even tho Sarah said they were completely sold out. Service was trash. Also trash cans over filling and every table was messy.

We are in town for my wife having a heart procedure. As she is on bed rest and she wanted Chipotle. I gladly ordered it as a delivery. The app said a 30 minute delivery time. After placing the order it, it popped up that Doordash would be delivering. We could have come out cheaper just ordering through DD. It was well over an hour before we got our food. Their phone is automated. You can not talk to anyone. Our food was cold. All I can say is horrible business, horrible guest service. Zero out of ten, would not recommend.

I have given this location many chances, but there always ends up being something wrong. I ordered a burrito just now and asked for “a very very very small amount of hot salsa” and received a full ladle on front of me. I mentioned that that was too much and they line worker responded with “don’t worry, that’s what sour cream is for”.” I am lactose intolerant. Go elsewhere in town

Ordered through door dash and there was barely anything in the bowl.

I was super nice ordering my food but idk if the girl who rang up my food was stressed out bc it was busy or having a bad day or something but she literally threw my food at me the the point where it made a thud on the counter and my Fiancé and I were shocked. No excuse for that. Genuinely made me so upset. The Emmett location is so much better with customer service.

As soon as I walked in they greeted me very nicely and asked what I wanted.And the portions were amazing for the money I would definitely recommend this place.
