“Honestly came here for the amazing cider but it turned out to be a very personal experience soley bc of Deena. What a gem she is. You can tell she enjoys her job and her spirit is contagious. She told us the history behind the buliding and the backstory of the two men who created the company. What a way to wrap up a vacation with amazing customer service and delicious cider. We can't wait to come back.

“Its a beautiful place to be🤩“

“What a beautiful experience at Carter Mountain. There is the opportunity to pick peaches and apples, although we didn't on this trip. The views are gorgeous of Charlottesville from Carter Mountain. We ordered a half dozen of cider donuts to share amongst the 4 of us, although before we left we ordered another half dozen because they are delicious!! We also tried the peach pie. We shared a half pie amongst the 4 of us and it was enough for everyone to get a fair share. The peaches tasted fresh and the crust is tasty too! Definitely a delicious pie. We also had a cup of ice cream (twist comes with vanilla and peach together). We also had the opportunity to try a couple of flights of cider. They were also tasty. There is a gift shop and lots of picnic tables to sit on. It wasn't a packed day, although there was plenty of parking. The service was good. Overall, it was a beautiful experience! I would definitely recommend.“
