Food was unreal! Fast and delicious. Attention to detail. Definitely specializes in burgers. Love that it’s all grass fed and local. It got the Citizen burger and the fries were great. We got the shishito peppers and beet salad for an appetizer. Very happy
This was my first time eating here, and I came on a rec from a friend. It was literally one of the best burgers I've eaten out in years. The meat, cook, and fact I could get a lettuce wrap...perfection. The fries, however, were disappointing. Most of mine were an inch long—or less. And a little overdone. Someone really ought to be monitoring that so guests don't wind up with the dregs. The service was bare minimum; our waitress was very inattentive to the point...
What happened to truth in tipping?…if you’re going to suggest how much customers should tip their servers, at least be transparent about it. For ages here in the US a 15% tip on a food tab (10% for the bar) in a restaurant rewarded acceptable service. And, it was up to you to do the math in your head or the back of a cocktail napkin without any suggested amounts from the establishment to figure out how much to leave the server.
