Cold Stone Creamery

Disappointed with our recent visit to Cold Stone. First off, the “cold stone” clearly wasn’t living up to its name—the ice cream was already melting before we even stepped outside. It was runny, soft, and lacked that rich, creamy texture you expect when paying a premium. We ordered two medium sizes that felt more like smalls, both in portion and satisfaction. For nearly $20, we expected better quality and at least a somewhat generous serving. Instead, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. Honestly, we could’ve gone to the grocery store, grabbed a pint of Ben & Jerry’s each for less money, and still had leftovers for later. At least that would’ve stayed frozen. Cold Stone used to be a fun treat, but this experience left a bad taste in our mouths—literally and financially. Not sure we’ll be coming back anytime soon unless they step up their game.

The ice cream here is really good. With the mixins and the good ice cream, it is delicious. You can make your own or get a preselected flavor. The staff are friendly, service is quick, as long as the person in front of you isn't ordering 18 ice creams for her entire giant family party like a Karen, and there are a couple tables inside you can sit at to eat. This place is awesome. Would recommend.

i came here in october and asked for 2 straw-bannana smoothies and this bery yound lady made them and they where chunky and not mixed right. i asked her to remake them she said that the mixer was broke and she couldnt do anything about it but made everyone elses blueberry smoothies perfectly fine. i asked for a refund she said she was getting off in a few minutes and would leave a note for her manager and i never received my money back till this day. i do not recommend this place for anybody!

Stoped in to grab a cone. Normally I have great experience. Not this time. Felt like I was a bother. There were two people behind the counter one didn’t even look like he worked there. I asked for a waffle cone. What I got was the cone that didn’t get rolled up properly. I had a hard time eating it. The never asked me what size of ice cream I wanted. Just gave me lot. My ice cream was $12 last time I came in it cost me $7. All together just disappointing.

Ice cream is great! Caitlin and Isaac specifically Isaac not so much! As long as you aren’t black Isaac will speak to you. I’m sure it’ll be covered up now that I’m being public but be careful when issac is on duty if you’re black! Again great ice cream! Looking forward to coming back when Isaac is no longer employed there!

While Cold Stone has amazing ice cream, they close early randomly and you never know their true hours. I looked online and it said 10 pm closing time on a Saturday. I arrive at the store at 9:23 pm and they said they were closed. When my husband said that the store hours online and on the door say 10 pm, the girl behind the counter said “I’m sorry but we’re closed.” Either fix your hours online and on the door or stay open for the time that’s on the door and online. I was disappointed that I could not have one of my favorite treats and I do not encourage anyone to go there an hour or two before closing time online.

I didn't know that flavored ice cream has only rare pieces of candy that is listed in the name of the flavor. I bought Resse's Cup chocolate ice cream. No pieces of Reese's Cup candy until halfway through and they were tiny. I've been didn't taste very good either. Threw away most of it. Two medium sized ice creams cost over $13.
