By happenstance, my partner and I went into CrushPad to cap the night. We enjoyed Chardonnay and the Riesling. I’m no sommelier but the Riesling was crisp and refreshing. The Chardonnay was incredibly smooth and balanced on the palate. The waiter was great but the chef Fredrick was incredible. He made us the most delectable pasta that was homemade and like no other. It paired perfectly with our wine. He also made a rich chocolate and raspberry desert.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. And not just side dishes, main plates. The squash crostini was out of this world. The servers were really helpful with wine selections too.
We stumbled upon this on Sunday evening as things were closing down. Running late from some shopping and wandering around C’ville. What a great surprise and cannot wait to return. Great selection of wines by the glass, and the selection of take home wines was stellar. There is the normal charcuterie board options, but they have a cross marketing option with a sister restaurant for various “real meals”.
