DOMA Korean Kitchen Reviews
Always a good sign when you get to a place and there are lots of people there picking up food and eating in. Went with a few coworkers and we all enjoyed our meals. Price was right for the serving sizes and the flavors were great!
I had dinner here last night with friends while visiting Charlottesville. I had the dolsot bibimbap and tried mango makgeolli. All was delicious!
My wife and I order DOMA often. It's her comfort food as a Korean immigrant whenever she's homesick. I can say unequivocally that the DOMA staff and owners care deeply about their customers and the food coming out of their kitchen.
Our food has always been exceptional, and we had one big whoopsie on a week that my wife had been more homesick than usual. When we contacted DOMA, they all but literally bent over backwards and went way above and beyond to make up for the mistake...read full review

DOMA Korean Kitchen, located across from the Amtrak station, offers delicious and convenient dining options. Their spicy pork bibimbap, priced at $14.50 plus tax, is a standout dish, served with Gojuchang on the side. The restaurant also serves Dolsot Bibimbap, a hot stone bowl dish topped with onion, carrot, shiitake mushroom, bean sprout, zucchini, kale, a sunny side egg, and DOMA spicy gochujang sauce, which is highly recommended. Customers enjoy the mandu (dumplings), especially noting how crispy the pork dumplings are with a tasty dripping sauce, and kimchi jeon (pancake). The homemade sodas are a popular treat, though they need to be mixed well to enjoy the flavor. Service is attentive, and food arrives quickly, making it a good spot for a busy night out. The chicken wings (Korean Hot), Tteokkochi (Honey Sriracha), and Soondubu Jjigae are also enjoyed by visitors. Overall, DOMA Korean Kitchen is a great place to try new and spicy dishes, with friendly staff and flavorful options. Parking includes limited street spaces, a free lot nearby, and some paid spots. The clean and comfy atmosphere makes it suitable for first-timers wanting to explore Korean food, and the quick service enhances the experience even when busy. Visitors find the food tasty, especially the kimchi fried rice, bibimbap, and chicken wings, and recommend trying different menu items on future visits.
