The most impressive customer service when picking up my pizza today. The location I typically order from was ‘down’ for several hours so I visited the Stuart St location for the 3rd time in the past few month although they do not deliver to my address. I’ve been so satisfied with the food, timing and customer service. It’s a little inconvenient but finding it worth the inconvenience. I also enjoyed the 50% off online orders this weekend. Thank you Dominos! You accidentally let the brownie off our order and then you called us to make it right. Then you delivered the brownie and included TWO. My son says you are the "best people ever" and is so happy. Thank you for such wonderful customer service! Thank you for making dinner easier some nights :)
My order was a carry out one. When I arrived at the particular location I had gotten the frame of my wheelchair out of my vehicle when an employee came outside to offer assistance. Instead of putting my chair together just to go inside to pick up my order and one back out, he went inside with my money and came out with my order. This saved me a lot of time.
