The burger was delicious as usual. But this was probably the worst experience I have had at a Five Guys. The person taking my order seemed o be in la la land. I ordered a bacon CB but just got a regular CB. After taking my order for a large drink he suddenly told me that both free style machines where not working. He told me they had bottled. But unfortunately he dod not add to my order, so I jad my meal without a drink.
Great food and customer service, consistent with Five Guys locations. Very clean and accommodating with lots of parking outside. We were a large crowd of seven adults and we were in and out within the hour.
Your workers were so busy for the buy one get one free burger deal they all need a bonus or a pay raise and not just $.10. They deserve a huge bonus.. They worked their butts off for this promotion. Shame on you if you don’t recognize or reward your employees for their hard work. It was so busy in there, but they were all very pleasant and very nice. They were working hard to ensure everyone got their food quickly
