The staff plays loud tv and clips on their phone. It runs out every person who could be working in this otherwise cozy environment.

I visit the Barracks Road Greenberry's at least five times weekly for an expensive $8 latte. I wanted to sit and sip and read on a Wednesday afternoon, but the two guys working had their favorite music SO loud (and singing loudly) that I had to leave after 5 minutes. Yes, I could have said something, but sometimes you just don't want the bother. It was so unpleasant that I am not going back. There's a lot of competition for expensive lattes, so the experience should always be top-notch.

The service was top tier, and the baristas are wonderful. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend every on earth to come and visit these nice people.

This is always a great place to grab coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and don't rush you out of the store like some other coffee shops do, so you can set up a laptop and work here if you need to. My husband did just that when we moved to Charlottesville, and he says he loved working from here. He also said he loved the chicken (curry?) salad sandwich, which is consistently good at this location and at their other location at Belvedere. All in all, Greenberry's is one of the best coffee chains in the C'ville area, hands down!

If you had enough of the chain coffee places, Greenberry's has a local nutty granola feel about it. We were getting on the road for road trip to DC, and wanted a local coffee cafe plus eats to keep us moving. Easy in and out with tables inside and out, loads of coffee (cold/hot) options with plenty of bfast options from bagelwichs, omeletes, and bakery products. We even bought some ground coffee to carry to a friend we were visiting in DC as a small gift, prices are reasonable, and you wont miss the huge chains for sure.

Awesome service and great coffee! Better than Starbucks IMO. ☕❤

I have a cold and wanted a chai latte. I went to Starbucks and alas, they were all out of chai. Therefore I trekked to Alderman library and requested a chai latte with almond milk from the lovely people at Greenberry's, and it was even better than the one at Starbucks! My day was improved significantly and I will only get chai lattes here from now on.

Good place for a coffee to go. They have bagels, chips, some snacks and fruit.
