This is always a great place to grab coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and don't rush you out of the store like some other coffee shops do, so you can set up a laptop and work here if you need to. My husband did just that when we moved to Charlottesville, and he says he loved working from here. If you had enough of the chain coffee places, Greenberry's has a local nutty granola feel about it. We were getting on the road for road trip to DC, and wanted a local coffee cafe plus eats to keep us moving. Easy in and out with tables inside and out, loads of coffee (cold/hot) options with plenty of bfast options from bagelwichs, omeletes, and bakery products. I have a cold and wanted a chai latte. I went to Starbucks and alas, they were all out of chai. Therefore I trekked to Alderman library and requested a chai latte with almond milk from the lovely people at Greenberry's, and it was even better than the one at Starbucks! My day was improved significantly and I will only get chai lattes here from now on.
