Tonight was my first bad experience with Insomnia Cookies-which I have frequented for the past 10 years. First, the employee at the front did not great or acknowledge that my children and I had even entered the store for 10 minutes. Then after I spoke to him for the 3rd time, my daughters and I and cookies. Cookies were delicious and my delivery person Carmen was WONDERFUL! She literally saved me from having to chase my dog around the neighborhood in 95° temperatures 95° temperatures as she got out and Carmen had ninja reflexes and caught her for me!!!!! Carmen gets a 20 out of 10 rating from me!!!! ❣️🐾🐶
