I ordered a burger and fries to go. It took an hour for me to receive my food; meanwhile, other customers who got there after me continuously received their orders. I was assured that my order would be ready soon every time I asked. When I finally received my order, the employee only said, "sorry about that." She did not offer any sort of discount or refund as an apology. I did not appreciate the customer service that I received.

This is a must stop for us whenever we’re in the area. It can be tough to get a table or spot at the bar right away, but it’s worth it to wait (and not usually for long). There are several fun burgers to choose from, great house sauce to dip your fries into, and fried Oreos that can’t be missed. The beer list is ever changing and extensive. You can always find something you’ll like! An awesome spot to stop!

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The portions are surprisingly small considering the high prices, which made it feel like poor value for money. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired—it definitely didn’t meet basic standards. To top it off, one of the male servers (curley hair, middle aged)had an attitude that was unprofessional and off-putting. I would not recommend this place.

Don’t judge a book by the cover!! The food was absolutely delicious - try the When in Roam Burger if you like pimento cheese and bacon! The sweet potato fries are so yummy and the special sauce is the show stopper!
