We were promptly seated when we entered The Fitzroy at 2:30 and we were given a menu. I was not expecting much when I went in The Fitzroy for my first time. I was expecting less when I looked at their limited lunch menu of chicken wings, pretzel, chicken sandwich, burger, vegetarian sandwich, or a Caesar salad. Leaving did cross my mind more than once as I considered the six basic choices for lunch. Then as I looked around I could painly see I was in a bar and not a restaurant....read full review
Bare walls and open seating amplify the sound. Need quiet booths. Couldnt hear husband across table! Art, drapes, upholstery, rugss, .... otherwise its a lovely bowling alley with amazing food.
