Had the hotdog with fries. I've been wanting a hotdog for some time and quickly remembered Jake n Jil is known for hotdogs, so I decided to oby my desire and didn't regret it. A small and cozy place and friendly staff. It's a cash or check, no cards. There is an atm machine at the back of the dining room. Worth coming back.
A cute diner with nice employees and great food. The hot dogs are worth checking out. The fries and onion rings are great. The milkshakes are pretty good for dessert. There is a good amount of seating for a diner which is great.

Like a time capsule from the 50s, the food how ever was not, cheap weiners and the chili was thined down with onions. Very light on flavor syrup in a milkshake.
