Jason - the store manager- is an absolute delight and stays on top of everything going on. Even when the line is out the door! Every time I’ve been in this store I’ve been treated like a friend or family and always look forward to the next time I’m able to swing by. I am a chemo patient so food is hit and miss for me. This shop allowed me to make my sandwich my way. They helped me thru the door (on a cane right now due to fatigue); they made sure my order was correct. THIS WAS BAR NONE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FROM JJ'S! Thank you

My husband and I have visited at least 5-7 different Jimmy John's locations across Virginia, and we LOOOOOVE the consistency of delicious subs!!! His favorite is the Gargantuan, and my favorite is the regular turkey sub or beach club turkey. On this visit to 1 of the 2 Charlottesville locations, we ordered an 8-inch gargantuan and an 8-inch turkey beach club. As always, BOTH subs were SUPER SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I really don't know what it is, but I continuously crave Jimmy John's!!! I'm sooooo disappointed that they don't have a location closer to our home in Louisa, VA!!! On the other hand, we'd be in rather big trouble if there WAS a Jimmy John's in Louisa, because we'd be eating subs from there EVERY DAY. 🥰😂❤️💓 In our opinion, they're just sooooo delicious, and we love the customization options that they offer!!! When it comes to submarine sandwiches, Jimmy John's is just ALWAYS top of mind for us!!! Thanks for making such scrumptious subs with awesome options!!! 💖 ❤️💯👍🏽

Tonight around 8:40 we ordered three combo meals for dine in, and we thought we had plenty of time because we knew they closed at 9:00 pm. However at 8:55 while the manager was cleaning the tables around us the young girl behind the counter made a point to tell us that the dining room closed at 9:00 pm and we had 5 minutes to finish up because we weren’t allowed to be in the dining room after “closing” ~ I honestly could not believe what I was hearing!! We have been in restaurants where the doors have been locked at closing but we have never been told to leave a restaurant because they were closing!! I wrapped up my sub and asked if she was the manager which of course she was not and the manager said oh she was just letting you know it was almost closing but NO if that was the case she would have said something like “just to let you know we’re closing soon” and we would have said yes we know and we’re almost finished but NO she literally told us we weren’t allowed to be in the dining room after closing. But yet her boyfriend or brother was in the dining room hanging out waiting for her to get off of work. The entire confrontation was very unprofessional and very unnecessary because we knew they closed at 9:00 and we were almost finished. NOTE: This review is completely a reflection of the young girl not the manager!!

Ordered from them and they never bothered to tell me my order had been dropped off, I was waiting for an app or phone call notification and it never came. Since companies never pay attention unless you drop a horrid review, that's what I'm doing.
I came in and ordered the cubano for the first time. The staff were nice enough, I paid for my order and went home without checking the sandwich. The sandwich itself is more bread than actual ingredients. Absolutely horrible portions for a $9 sandwich. Definitely will not be returning.

I'm not sure why the subs need to be so expensive, but that's everywhere. But you advertise a club sandwich and then don't offer cheese or bacon on it??? That doesn't seem like you understand what a club is. Otherwise it was just a turkey and roast beef sandwich or whatever it was. And then you seriously charge for cheese??? That's the cheapest thing ever. You're a sub shop, why does it not automatically come with cheese?? I think what also makes me.upset is that the guy at the counter just asked if I wanted cheese and didn't even tell me there was an extra charge for it
