Do you even give a shit about the negative ratings you have? Your food is nasty. Your service is unacceptable and you NEVER have anything ready. The quality of your food is disrespectful to the company. Ignorance, incompetence and a nasty attitude every damn time is UNACCWPTABLE. But that's the service you give for minimum wage. Maybe if you paid attention to your own work ethics then as managers, you'd be able to help your staff build theirs.
As a dasher, tonight we came in for a pick up that staff claimed was already picked up (it wasn't. We can ask our customers) and you simply refused to fulfill the order. Costing the customer money and time and costing US money. You make our jobs hard for no reason other than laziness.
If it were up to me, the place would be gutted and cleaned with NEW staff and a chance for current staff to be retrained and ready to go. Get it together before your location crumbles into the ground. It's halfway there already.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR STAFF. Trash will remove itself. But you have got to start giving a shit or nothing will get better.

I placed an order through DoorDash and the first driver left because it took them 30 minutes then the second driver came dropped off my food, which was cold. The chicken looks old dried up. It’s hard. The fries were cold. The two piece I ordered was cold.

1 star is being nice. This has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been to. Every employee there has NO sense of urgency, and they all move at a snails pace. I have never ordered food there myself, but I have picked up food on multiple occasions for a food delivery service. Every single time I’ve gone there, the wait was 20 minutes plus. Most of the time, no one has even printed out the delivery orders, and when I get there they print out at least 5 orders that haven’t been started yet. They are constantly out of chicken (and not because they don’t have it- but because no one has cooked it). As far as customer service, there is none. Everyone there is rude and acts like you are inconveniencing them by asking a question, or simply placing your order. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting for an employee to acknowledge me multiple times. They can clearly see me, and choose to let me stand there and wait until they feel like assisting me. Going forward if I get a delivery order to pick up at KFC I will not accept it. Nor will I ever order anything from this location for myself. Do better.

No que at drive in still shorted order missing two SIDES and BISCUITS and the other sides were NOT family size. Chicken, not tender!. No receipt. Will complain to Corp HQ. Either do it right or don't do it at all.
