I have never got a candy apple that was not amazing from Kilwins until today. The apple was very mushy. Definitely disappointed with the quality. Spent $30 plus on apples.

8 dollars for a singular tiny scoop of ice cream on a cone. Skip this place and go to Chaps or Ben and Jerry's. It would actually cost less to buy a giant tub of ice cream and a value pack of cones.....0/10 would recommend.

All the icecream we ordered was amazing. I always have a hard time finding Blueberry icecream and the Blueberry Waffle Cone was incredible. Great selection as well.

Went to get ice cream the other weekend, the girl working on a rainy afternoon was very kind and gave solid opinions on the flavors. The toasted coconut ice cream was to die for! A bit pricy but the flavors are certainly worth it. I’d definitely return!

Came in for some fudge, it looked great, but when we got home it was dry. Pretty disappointing.

Purchased the b2g1free fudge last night. I am sorely disappointed! The fudge is dry, crumbly and doesn't taste like the quality from Kilwins that I have experienced near home or elsewhere in the US! You really need to practice good quality control since you're a chain! The walnuts are even bitter! Lesson learned here and I won't fall for this again! When your product is too old or not made correctly, you shouldn't sale it. Keep this up and you'll close like other businesses in Charlottesville, VA!
