Donut was good but the coffee was undrinkable. Tasted burnt and was full of coffee grounds. When I poured out the coffee there was a half inch of grounds in the bottom. I won't be back

I got an iced coffee and it was only three quarters full. So only get doughnuts from here now. Store is okay but only Krispy Kreme within 40 miles and store Krispy Kreme are not very good for the money.

Went in the lobby to order a few donut because my friend and I have never been to a Kristy Kreme before! We stood at the counter ready to order for 10 minutes without being greeted, we were just stared at. After waiting too long, we walked out without anything. Terrible first experience.

It was early morning but not too early around 7 am, they didn't have the coffee my friend wanted and they were out of alot of the doughnuts except for ones to look at in the glass case they couldn't sell because those were too old, the doughnut I got was hard. I won't be back.

This location definitely needs some help. On multiple visits the store has not even been open during its regularly stated hours. Went through the drive-through this morning, and was greeted with an angry “watchu want?!” by an employee who seemingly didn’t want to be at work, and proceeded to tell me “we don’t got that” to the next three things I tried to order off the menu. We were so aback by the employee’s demeanor that we just pulled off without buying anything.

Asked me 4 times what I wanted. And all I ordered was a dozen glazed donuts. Very sad….😔
Avoid this location unless the Hot sign is illuminated. Donuts today were stale and odd shaped. Lots of donuts on the floor. Coffee was tepid. Maybe they were having a bad day but when you spend $10 for 2 donuts and a hot coffee you expect a better experience.

It's ridiculous the number of times I go there, and they are just randomly closed (and the app doesn't show that) or out of donuts 3 hours before they close.

I did a mobile pickup order at the Charlottesville VA location and the donuts were great. I ordered a frozen Carmel latte which was almost $5 and when I arrived the guy at the window told me he could not make the drink or replace it with any other drink. He also could not refund. He told me if I wanted a refund, to contact my bank? I proceeded to call Krispy Kreme corporate to request a refund.
