So my daughter alerted me that Kroger sold me spoiled milk- again, yes this has happen before!

I attempted to take back the milk, and the clerk states, "pour it out, we cannot take it back," while pointing out their COVID-19 policy. So, of course I asked her how is Kroger selling spoiled products to our public benefiting "the health and well-being" of the customers and the community?.

I took an empty bottle of a kosher salt to see if they have it but they don't carry it. I was checking out and I asked the young cashier named Trevor if he has a trash can. He took the empty bottle and asked me " what's in it" as if I hid the salt in my purse. What a question! I hope the manager will teach him how to treat customers.

Just left your location. It had been a while since I visited a kroger. Now I remember why. At first I was enjoying my trip there. The store was clean with a good layout. When it came time to check out, I went to the self check out. I enjoy scanning to see how much I've saved on each thing. When you are feeding a family of six, it's the little things. As my turn came, I approached a kiosk. It had a sign on it which read CARDS ONLY.
