Wow! This pizza was delicious. At first, I was little upset at the size for the price, but I quickly realized how heavy each slice was! The cheese was perfectly salty and melty. The meatballs were flavorful and fresh. Pepperonis were crispy. The crust was not burnt tasting with chewy mouth feel- sometimes a tough feat with wood fired pizza. I do feel the sauce got a little lost with the flavor of the cheese and toppings but on its own, it was bright and fresh. This is a top pizza...
Ordered the Abruzzo (beef and pork meatballs, housemade mozzarella, san marzano tomato, pecorino, basil) and the Pepperoni (pepperoni, housemade mozzarella, san marzano tomato). Absolutely outstanding! The crust, the hardest part of making any pizza, was particularly well executed.
Thoroughly enjoyed my pizza! The mozzarella is homemade and was very tasty. The size was perfect for one person too. It was a little on the pricey side, but I am glad I got to try it nonetheless. We would definitely go back!
