This place is so delicious!! You could throw a dart at the menu and not go wrong. Highly recommend the lumpia and pansit, my personal favorites! This is also a family-run restaurant with super friendly service. We'll be back soon!

Caught Little Manila's food truck during my recent visit to my old stomping grounds. I remember being so excited to see Filipino food being offered in Cville during my time at UVA. So proud to see that they have now expanded and have a storefront at Dairy Market (located on Grady near the Irish Pub). The food is so yummy and they give decent portions as well! I ordered the grilled chicken adobo this time and couldn't even finish all the pancit because I was stuffed! Always happy to support Filipino small businesses - can't wait to try other dishes when I'm back on grounds.

So bomb! This dish is the BBQ pork belly plate ($12). It's such a delight to eat. The meat is sweet and savory, with the perfect ratio of fat to tender pork. It comes with some delicious lumpia which is filled with veggies and fried to be crispy on the outside. You can replace the rice with pancit, which is a noodle dish. That is also delicious, but sticking to my Caribbean roots, I gotta have rice with my meal! I got this from the food truck, but this business is opening a location in the dairy market. Follow their insta for information on their daily whereabouts. 10/10 on the pork, I'll be back!

The best Filipino food in all of Charlottesville hands down! I actually don't know if there are any other businesses serving filipino food besides this one but Little Manila have been here for years and their friendly service and delicious food have been very consistent. Crunchy lumpia, flavorful pancit and an Asian fusion mix of adobo tacos with mango salsa are to die for! The picture shown below is from their new location at the dairy market called Manila Street and they are just as spectacular as their food truck!! Pro tip: at the dairy market I would arrive 1-2 hrs before they close because they serve kainan style (buffet style). The best food is gone 1-2 hrs before they close also because they are wiped clean out by hungry customers! Right now (7/2021) they close 9pm Sunday through Thursday and Friday Saturday 10pm. Get it while it's fresh and hot!! Another Pro Tip: at their dairy market location, check out their Instagram and Facebook page for weekly specials! Sometimes they have lechon kawali (MY FAVORITE) and fried Filipino Carioca (fried sweet rice balls) (ANOTHER FAVORITE) so be on the lookout!! @manilastreetcville

I love the pork belly, the portions are a nice size and a good price for the meal. An absolute delight and definitely worth a try. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. Follow @marleyrecs on Instagram for more Charlottesville recommendations!

They now have a stall within Dairy Market. I absolutely love Filipino food and I am so grateful we can get it here in Cville. I tried the chicken maldoreta (sp?) and BBQ chicken--I preferred the BBQ but both were tasty. The BBQ marinade contains brown sugar, but it wasn't too sweet. They were served on a bed of pancit (stir fried rice noodles). I asked for the stir-fried vegetables to be added (this was a separate dish, presumably for vegetarians, since there wasn't much else for those of that persuasion). I took note that everything seemed to be glistening with a liberal coating of oil--I believe this was done to lock in the moisture of the foods, particularly the vegetables. Everything did taste perfectly fresh, even when it took twenty minutes to get it home to eat. I will be back to try the Adobo next! BTW, if you want very good chicken adobo, try the recipe by Melissa Miranda on Bon Appetit. It is life-changing.

I had the pancit, chicken caldereta, pork belly, and lumpia - all were complete slappery! I went to go pick up the rest of our food from a different food stall and when I came back, my two year old had finished all the lumpia.

You have a fan in me! Little Manila was one of two options at my workplace today. I ordered the pork belly tacos and they were AHHMAZING!!!!!!!!! I need more ASAP! It took all of my strength to save one of the tacos for my husband. I wanted him to enjoy as much as I did. I’ll keep an eye on this page so I’ll know where to find you
