Pretty top notch.
First time here! Really enjoyed it and looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Mathew was wonderful, made our first experience really nice!
When my friend told me the Birdhouse was known for their sides, I did not realize the sides are the stars to pair with a bird. I am still thinking about the braised fennel.
