The milk tea is great!
Great atmosphere, cozy and well air conditioned, good drinks and fair prices.
Great bubble tea place!
First impressions, the employee working there was really rude and short with me. Just asking simple questions about the menu since there are no descriptions for most items. And the kiosk does not show what is caffeine free for kids.
The drinks were pretty good, better than Kung Fu, but not better than Ben Gong's.
The location is pretty, but unfortunately the men's toilet seat was totally broken and I almost fell of the seat. Please fix this, like what the hell? Does no one check this that works there?! 🙀
Not sure if I'll be back, we'll see. But if you're not going to need to speak to anyone, this is a good spot.

The food was good, but we had a very unfortunate interaction with the owner. I called to follow up on a business order made from UVA, which is a tax exempt organization. This is a relatively simple request that most local businesses handle without issue. The owner, Joy, had no idea what I was talking about. Totally fine, they’re a newer business. I tried to politely explain and offered to email her UVA’s tax exempt form to show her accountant, but she flat out refused to give me their business email address and was extremely rude and dismissive. It’s okay to not be familiar with a process, but more than anything, it was the way she spoke to and treated me.
Our students loved the donuts but sadly we are unable to do business with them in the future if they won’t comply with UVA’s tax exempt status. We have great relationships with many local businesses and prefer to work with those who value it. Life is hard enough, you don’t need a donut order making it harder… you know?
Their fruit is super fresh + service is fast! I’d very much recommend a visit if you’re in the area!:D

I’m usually a fan of moge tea and this location was no exception. They had lots of fun holiday drinks and happy hour deals for mochi donuts. Spacious interior with lots of seating
The teas are soooo good and total worth the price.
