Delicious and super friendly staff. Wait times aren't too bad as long as you don't go during lunch rush in the summer time. Other boba stores don't compare in quality from my experience!

I come here all the time and I really like it!! I always get coffee or milk tea with boba and cheese foam… always fresh and tasty… tend to not put much ice even at 100% ice, which is a plus for me. I’ve never had trouble getting a seat inside, but the building is often pretty noisy at opening time/in the afternoons. Parking nearby is difficult but that’s just normal for this part of town. Really really glad to have this shop, such a great treat. :)

First impressions, the employee working there was really rude and short with me. Just asking simple questions about the menu since there are no descriptions for most items. And the kiosk does not show what is caffeine free for kids.

The drinks were pretty good, better than Kung Fu, but not better than Ben Gong's.

The location is pretty, but unfortunately the men's toilet seat was totally broken and I almost fell of the seat. Please...
