Sesame noodles are delicious as are the sesame balls. Not a fan of the bun. Steamed veggie dumplings good. Atmosphere could use some updates but the food makes up for it. Always prefer washable plates and utensils for eat in, none of which present to limit trash. Nice employees. To go is usually what I do.
I love the dumplings here and especially the service. The owner greets everyone like they were family, when they leave she makes sure to thank everyone. It was heartwarming to see, she really cares for her customers.
Marco and Lucas is my all-time favorite dumpling place. It is simply a Charlottesville staple. I have eaten here or grabbed takeout about at least 100 times. I no longer live in Charlottesville but when I visit, Marco and Luca’s is my first stop.
