This is one of our favorites! Food is delicious, great service, wonderful wine, generous tapas sizes. Highly recommend!

We had booked a reservation for 7pm however when we arrived we were made to wait about 30+ minutes post check in. They seated a party of 5 who checked after us before us a party of 4. We ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.
There were three parties that checked in while we were waiting and they ended up having to wait as well.

One of my all-time favorites. Tonight's best two dishes: the papas bravas (some potatoes soft, some crispy, all delicious with a hint of spice and paired with an excellent garlic aioli) and the carne asada (tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak on a pillowy duckfat tortilla with just enough tomato aioli to complement the flavor). Enjoyed it with a refreshingly tart housemade limeade.

Way too much bread, food was overloaded with salt...my whole body is in shock, service was just meh....not what I remember from a few years ago. Disappointed.

We were disappointed with the overall experience. While the food was good our service was not. Since we're a party of 4 from out of town, we wanted to try several dishes on the menu. We were advised to put everything in at once and they would course it out for us...WRONG!
I should have listened to to my instincts, because our 12 dishes came out in rapid succession, as most tapas does. We simply couldn't eat fast enough and our table quickly ran out of room. The server was generally inattentive and just shy of rude. Perhaps our experience would have been different with server.

Food received a three because I felt everything was under seasoned and could have used more of everything. Concept it great and a good place to socialize with friends and family.
Service seemed like they didn't want to be there. We almost ordered the entire menu and was told it would be coursed out but it all came around the same time and ran out of room on the table. Empty plates were not bussed to make room.
Atmosphere is amazing. I really like the feel of the place and like I said before it is the perfect place to drink, eat and socialize with friends.

Visiting Charlottesville for the weekend and stumbled upon this hidden gem. As someone who has never dined in tapas fashion, our server was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with advising us how much food to get. We had carne asada, rock shrimp with an herbal butter sauce, pork/beef/lamb meatballs, and broccolini and roasted potatoes with garlic aioli. Holy cow. Everything was absolutely incredible. All washed down with a pitcher of red sangria, we were utterly stunned and impressed by the end of the meal. Check out Mas’ friendly culinary environment next time you’re in Charlottesville!

We were from out of town (England…) but we love Spanish food and we were not disappointed. Our very knowledgeable waitress let us taste the Txomin Etxaniz Getaria wine - new for us. Sparkling light and delicious. Great food especially the roasted cauliflower and chorizo. A pity there was no olive oil on the table but when we queried this we were brought some bread and oil to compensate. A memorable evening
All the dishes were wonderful. Excellent waitress. Wish I had pictures to share.

Food was awful. Chorizo tasted like someone else’s microwave leftovers. Tuna was underwhelming yet overpriced. Service was slow. Menu was confusing. Very poor experience all around.

One of my favorite restaurants in Cville. Quality food, great cocktails, and fun atmosphere. Indoor seating is limited but worth the wait.

The vibes in this place are amazing. Everyone was very cool and friendly and the food honestly caught me off guard with how delicious it was. Every dish had just the right amount of heat - highly recommended dining experience!
